Terms of Service

Welcome to Littori. By using our website or placing an order, you agree to these terms and our published Shipping, Returns & Refunds, and Privacy policies.

Products

We make every effort to represent our products accurately through photographs, descriptions and measurements.

Many of our ceramics are handmade or hand-finished. Disclosed small variations in shape, glaze, colour, texture, brushwork and finishing that do not affect the item’s function are part of their character and are not considered defects.

Colours may appear slightly different depending on your screen or device. This does not affect your rights if an item is defective, incorrect or materially different from its description.

Pricing

All product prices and delivery charges are shown in Singapore Dollars (SGD).

Applicable delivery charges and discounts are displayed at checkout before payment.

We may update prices, promotions and availability from time to time. These changes do not affect orders already confirmed.

Orders

An order is confirmed once payment has been successfully received.

We may cancel or refuse an order if we cannot fulfil it because of:

• A pricing or product listing error

• A payment issue

• Suspected fraudulent activity

• A stock discrepancy

• Another genuine fulfilment issue

If we cancel an order after receiving payment, we will notify you and refund the amount paid for the cancelled order to the original payment method. We will not substitute another product without your agreement.

Availability

Some Littori products are available in limited quantities or are one-of-a-kind.

Adding an item to your cart does not reserve it. Availability is subject to successful checkout and payment.

Shipping & Delivery

We currently ship within Singapore only.

Processing times, estimated delivery times, delivery charges and any current shipping promotions are explained in our Shipping & Delivery Policy, available through the website footer and checkout.

Please provide accurate delivery and contact information. If you notice an error after ordering, contact us promptly so we can try to correct it before dispatch.

If your parcel is delayed or missing, contact us and we will follow up with the courier.

Returns & Refunds

We do not accept returns, exchanges or refunds for change of mind, personal preference or accidental purchases.

Damaged, defective, incorrect or materially misdescribed items are handled according to our Returns & Refunds Policy, available through the website footer and checkout.

Nothing in these terms or our policies limits your rights or remedies under applicable Singapore consumer law.

Product Care

Please follow the care instructions provided for each product.

Only use a product in a microwave, dishwasher or oven where its description specifically states that it is suitable for that use.

Damage caused by misuse, mishandling or failure to follow the product’s care instructions is not covered by our order-issue policy.

Website Content

Photographs, illustrations, text, branding and other content on our website belong to Littori or their respective owners and are used with permission where required.

You may not reproduce, distribute or use this content commercially without permission from the relevant rights holder.

Privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains how personal information is collected, used and handled when you visit our website, contact us or place an order.

The policy is available through the website footer and checkout.

Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, Littori will not be liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses arising from the use of our website or products.

Nothing in these terms excludes any liability, consumer right or protection that cannot legally be excluded.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Singapore.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The latest version will be published on our website.

Changes will apply going forward and will not retrospectively alter the terms of an order already confirmed.
